Membership begins at Observer and advances through measured contribution. Each tier unlocks capabilities — governance participation, private circles, proposal authority. Advancement is algorithmic, not discretionary.

Star Identity

Each member receives a stellar designation — a pseudonymous identity drawn from the astronomical catalog. Stars are scarce, permanent, and publicly visible. They replace names. The network knows you by your light, not your label.
