Membership is not an account. It is a verifiable credential minted on-chain. Each credential encodes permissions, tier, and contribution history. No passwords. No email. No personal data stored by the network.
Membership begins at Observer and advances through measured contribution. Each tier unlocks capabilities - governance participation, private circles, proposal authority. Advancement is algorithmic, not discretionary.
Each member receives a stellar designation - a pseudonymous identity drawn from the astronomical catalog. Stars are scarce, permanent, and publicly visible. They replace names. The network knows you by your light, not your label.
Entry is by invitation or physical founding coin. The network does not accept applications. Membership capacity is finite. Each credential represents a verified position in the graph.
